Refund Policy
We appreciate our customers more than anyone. CARS EMPIRE is validating the refund options to all our current and future customers for all unused coupons before their expiry date, and at most, after 14 days of purchase
Credit card / Vodafone cash / E-wallets purchase:
•To be completely refunded to the CARS EMPIRE wallet
•To be refunded by the same method with 5% deduction
Purchases paid from the CARS EMPIRE wallet totally or partially:
•To be refunded only to your CARS EMPIRE wallet
The total coupon(s) price can be refunded on the CARS EMPIRE wallet (available for all payment methods)
CARS EMPIRE wallet credit will be available for purchasing coupons on the application only and cannot be refunded to any payment method/cash
