CARS EMPIRE can amend any part of these terms and conditions anytime to better comply with the Egyptian laws, regulations, and conditions or to enhance the user experience and brand's offerings without any notice, which in return involves your acceptance of the changes in case you continue to use the application
1-Account Usage:
•The account is valid for personal use and for one person only, any unauthorized use for commercial purposes or for more than one person may subject you to get your account cancelled instantly and to undertake required actions to protect our rights
•The list of brands can be changed anytime as per CARS EMPIRE's contracting terms with the merchants
2-Partners:
•All the offer information is provided by the merchants without any liability on CARS EMPIRE and can be changed and amended from time to time as the products/services can be changed
•Merchants can be entitled to agreement termination with CARS EMPIRE, which will cause their removal from the merchants list without any prior notice
•The customer is entitled to read the offer's terms and conditions as they vary from merchant to merchant and from offer to offer
3-Coupons:
•The coupon price is inclusive of VAT
•Coupons can be changed by addition or deletion without referring back to the customer
•Coupons are only redeemable with the issuing merchant
•Coupons apply only to the products/services and location(s) specified on the coupon
• Coupon validity timing and use information are available below every coupon
•If a merchant refuses to redeem any coupon, please contact us on …
•Coupons are not redeemable for cash
•Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of any coupon is prohibited
4-Payments:
•Payments can take place through the different electronic payment methods available on the application
•CARS EMPIRE reserves the right at all times to amend any payment method at its discretion without any liability thereon
•No reimbursement of payment can take place after 14 days from the date of purchase
5-Liability:
•All information, terms, and conditions related to the merchants and offers should be read carefully by the customer, as CARS EMPIRE is not responsible for any misunderstanding from the customer’s side
•The merchants are considered third parties, and CARS EMPIRE has no control over them; therefore, there is no liability on CARS EMPIRE for any issues with the merchants. however, CARS EMPIRE will support their customers to get the best experience through the application
6-Trademarks and Copyrights:
•All intellectual property rights related to the content published on the application, including texts, images, videos, sounds, and any other content, are protected by the Arab Republic of Egypt copyright laws
